Horse Mornings

for Women

Part One!

Our popular 4-week session combines elements of natural horsemanship with an emphasis on human growth and awareness.  Discover the quietly powerful lessons that horses teach us ~ how to trust your potential, live true to your goals, and communicate with clarity and genuineness.

Learn important life skills as you interact with a horse you choose from our amazing rescue herd.

This cutting edge model challenges and invigorates the senses and the soul, yielding powerful growth and learning results in a short period of time.
For some, a walk across the arena has brought a long sought after dream or goal into sharp focus. For others, an opportunity to restore confidence and practice mindfulness.
Let the horses and our skilled staff guide you toward more authentic and creative living.

No horse experience necessary.
All learning takes place on the ground - no riding.

Craniosacral Therapy

January 22, 2012

   Feb. 12, 2012

  March 18, 2012

To practice, ask questions and build community with other therapists

On our Sunday, February 12th date,  Eric Moya, Upledger instructor extraordinaire will be leading us in a full day study group. The topic, "Frames" in Manual Therapy Practice. If you have been following the Upledger Alumni or Manual Therapy pages on Facebook, you will know this has been a hot topic and we look forward to Eric sharing his expertise and experience with us. Below is a description of the study group.

"CranioSacral Therapy has a wonderful language of blending and melding, yet it's not always clear what we are blending with, or how it relates to the treatment as a whole. We      also have a great language for following, but not necessarily a great language for planning. Great therapy comes from both skills held in exquisite balance. The main goal of this session will be to develop skills in that exquisite balance through the practice of switching frames within the treatment session (future/present, big picture/little picture, left/right brain, thinking/experiencing). By adopting a practice of switching our frames of focus, we will be able to adopt a more holistic approach to both individual treatment sessions and a series of treatment sessions. Course will be taught with a mixture of lecture, discussion, exercise , and practice."
